"Tropic of Capricorn" is one of four scarves designed for Artisans In The Garden Exhibition for the Royal Botanic Gardens in Sydney. This huge but delicate matte silk crepe de chine scarf is a throwback to Dutch voyages of adventure to unknown lands and dense jungle paradise. A juxtaposition between wild pop colours and elegant zoological drawings describes the feelings and freak out of first European explorers in wild untamed regions.
